Building A: The price of the apartment does not include the price of the basement storage area or the underground parking spaces. The underground parking spaces space with allocated storage area can be purchased as an addition to selected apartments from CZK 650,000 depending on the size of the specific underground parking space and storage area.

Building B: The price of the apartment includes the basement storage area but not the price of the underground parking spaces. The underground parking spaces can be purchased from CZK 650,000 depending on the size of the specific underground parking space.

General information

* The total floor area of the apartment has been calculated in conformity with legal regulations in force (Government Decree No. 366/2013 Coll.). It is the total area of all rooms of the apartment, including the floor space of all loadbearing and non-loadbearing structures inside the apartment. The total floor area does not include terraces, loggias, balconies, paved areas or front gardens.

The prices indicated include VAT. The above stated price includes the price of a cellar cubicle if it belongs to the unit. The unit price does not include the purchase price of a parking place.

The prices given in the pricelist are valid until an updated pricelist is issued. The seller reserves the right to modify the pricelist at any time until the applicant enters into a binding written reservation agreement.

Pre-reservation means a non-binding reservation with effect for 3 days. The pre-reservation is not valid until the seller confirms to the applicant in writing that the pre-reservation has been made.

The date of occupancy is the date planned according to the current construction schedule. The binding date shall be specified by agreement.

The “internal useful floor area” term indicated in the apartment cards is the sum total of areas of all rooms in the apartment; namely, habitable rooms, kitchenette, bathrooms, WC, pantries, halls, etc. It does not include areas under loadbearing or non-loadbearing walls, retention walls or under the WC/bathroom, terraces, loggias, balconies, paved areas or front gardens.

The energy performance of the buildings will fall into Class B.
