Purchase procedure

Purchase of an apartment with furnishings can be financed either from one’s own funds or as a com-bination of own funds and a mortgage in three basic instalments according to the project construction course.

Fill in the contact form, which you can find for the selected apartment in the Pricelist. You will imme-diately get an idea of your choice. Then we will send you detailed information on the project, its fi-nancing as well as the subsequent purchase procedure. At the personal meeting with our agent, we will explain to you everything on the spot and demonstrate it on a 3D model. We will create a pre-reservation for you for three working days.

We will then enter into a Reservation Agreement or draw up a Letter of Intent. Upon signing the preliminary agreement to the purchase agreement, you will be able to choose the apartment furnishings. You can view the apartment before its completion; after the final building ap-proval, we will invite you to sign the purchase agreement.

Upon signing the purchase agreement, we will prepare the apartment for the final handover. We will file the agreement at the land registry for you. In this way, you will become the lawful owner of the apartment and can move in.

To our clients, we arrange the mortgage in cooperation with Hyposervis Consulting a.s. Together we have prepared a privileged mortgage with an exceptional interest rate for you.

Moreover, Hyposervis Consulting a.s. will do all the paperwork for you. It will ensure coordination of processes between you, the bank and us as the seller. All of that for a zero administrative charge at the most of banking institutions, including the expert opinion.

The schedule of instalments variant for financing from one’s own funds::

20% of the purchase price upon signature of the preliminary agreement on the purchase agreement
70% of the purchase price upon submission of the application for final approval of the apartment building
10% of the purchase price before signing the purchase agreement.

The other possibility is utilisation of a mortgage up to 80% of the real estate purchase price.

The schedule of instalments variant for financing from one’s own resources and a mortgage loan:

20% of the purchase price upon signing the preliminary agreement on the purchase agreement from one’s own funds
70% of the purchase price upon submission of the application for final approval of the apartment building from the mortgage loan
10% of the purchase price before signing the purchase agreement from the mortgage loan.

If the purchase price is increased owing to the client’s changes, this increase will always be settled from the client’s own funds.
